George Woodcock

Right-hand batsman; Right-arm seam bowler

George joined Great Melton at the beginning of 2019 and played for the U13s scoring 117 runs and taking 3 wickets.   A useful all-rounder, George soon forced his way into the senior sides, initially playing for the B Team then the Cs before injury brought a premature end to a season of great promise. His return from injury coincided with a season disrupted by Covid19 but, hopefully, George should really establish himself in one of the senior sides in 2021.
