All eyes turn to EAPL playoff as first team fate in Norwich hands

Great Melton's first team now know that the fate of their season rests on the EAPL playoff at Postwick on Saturday, 21st September 2013 as Norwich CC face Wisbech CC for a place in the East Anglian Premier League for 2014.

The complex feeder league structure confirms that, if Norwich CC win the match and therefore enter the EAPL, the top two sides in Norfolk Cricket Alliance Division Two are promoted to Division One. With Great Melton finishing in second place, a place in Division One therefore rests on Norwich winning the match.

Best of luck to all the lads at Norwich CC!
