A.G.M. THIS Wednesday (24th November)

The AGM is this Wednesday 24th October (7.30 p.m.) and there is much to be decided so it is especially important that players especially attend.  With some new captain nominations and decisions to be made about fees, the Sunday team, fundraising, next year’s tour etc. a good attendance is an absolute must.

Please find attached a variety of documents including: (1) Agenda (including proposed changes to the Constitution) (2) Senior Cricket Reports (3) Junior Cricket Report (4) Coaching Report (5) 1st & A Team Captaincy Proposal (6) Statement of Accounts (7) Covid-19 Protocols

The good news is that Chris Wright is willing to stand as Vice Chairman and we also have nominations for the vacant posts of Membership Secretary, Bar Manager, Volunteer Coordinator and Junior Representative.

We are, though, still looking for a Sunday captain.  Having spoken to the MNSL it seems likely that we will be in the Burgess Shield Division next season which will be competitive enough but not like the Shield Premier and matches will be a bit more ‘local’.  Hopefully that might encourage a volunteer or joint volunteers.  If not we’ll have to look at other options.

We hope to see as many of you as possible on Wednesday.
