The Moye family became involved at Great Melton when Tom first started attending coaching in 2010 and, in 2011, played for the U11s.  His off-spin bowling soon won Moye junior a place in the County squad and, as Martyn travelled around and watched more and more cricket, he decided to get more involved himself. In 2012 he took over from Paul Stearman as manager of the U11s who went on to win the South Norfolk Community League.  He moved up with them as U13s in 2013-14 when they again won the South Norfolk League twice and reached the finals of both the Alan Bridgewater and ECB Competitions.  Although some of the original squad have given up playing cricket or have moved on to other clubs, Martyn stayed on as Manager doing a fine job with the U15s small squad last season.  An IT Manager at AVIVA, Martyn has become increasingly more involved at the club, helping out at Cricketforce and other events and has even been persuaded to turn out when we’ve been short of players.
