2016_Wilkinson-Loines KaiRight-hand batsman; Right-arm slow bowler; Wicketkeeper

Son of Woody Loines, Kai has come through the junior ranks – in fact he’s still only 15 – but he already has 2 seasons of senior cricket behind him. Having helped out the Bs and Cs during 2015’s player shortage he was a regular in the C Team last season, frequently keeping wicket very effectively, snaffling 6 catches. Generally an agile fielder, Kai has the makings of a good all-round cricketer and his work behind the stumps has improved greatly since working with Peter Hunt.  He lacks a bit of confidence in his ability with the bat but managed to improve on his previous best score – 7 not out – last season, contributing a stubborn 14!  Kai lives in Barford and goes to Wymondham High School.  He should be a regular in the U15s & the senior teams in 2017.
