Right-hand batsman; Right-arm seam bowler

Flynn burst on the Great Melton scene last season with a series of excellent performances for the U13s and the B Team that included wickets, runs and a couple of unbelievable catches.  A top score of 79 showed his skill as a batman but it was his accurate bowling, switched-on personality and agile fielding that impressed B Team skipper Matt Rushton.  Flynn also showed he was not fazed by senior cricket and had a chirpiness and confidence that was much-needed in the struggling B Team.  Having previously played for Rocklands and been in various Norfolk age-group squads throughout his junior career, Flynn was not selected in 2019 but he proved the selectors had got it wrong and won back his place for the 2020 season.  U13 Player of the Year in 2019, he is certainly a First Team player of the not-too-distant future.
